Group Therapy can be a powerful addition to individual therapy. Whereas individual work focuses on the intrapsychic, the psyche of the individual, group work focuses on the interpersonal and our relationships with ourselves and on another. Group therapy is a place were we can put our thoughts and feelings into words and study the impact we have on others and how others impact us.

Group Therapy can help with:

  • Resolving relationship issues

  • Understanding and tolerating our feelings

  • Connecting with others

  • Learning how others impact us and how we impact them

Current Groups (All groups meet weekly for 90 minutes):

  • Wednesday Night Therapy Group (mixed ages and genders)

  • Men’s Therapy Group
