Payment and Insurance

I work with clients who have Cigna, Aetna, BCBS, United Behavioral Health, and many other popular insurance carriers as an out-of-network provider.  Although I do not accept insurance directly, I will gladly prepare an itemized invoice (i.e. superbill) for you to file with your insurance company.

I accept cash, check, or Zelle for payment.  If you have a health care spending account or flexible spending account through your employer, I will provide you with receipts of payments for you to submit in order to be reimbursed.

Cancellation Policy

Patients are responsible for paying for all scheduled sessions. If cancellation occurs 24 hours or more beyond the appointment, I do not charge for the appointment and will make every effort to reschedule the missed session. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the appointment, I charge for a missed session.
