Understanding yourself is often the beginning of change
I work with adults and adolescents who want to understand themselves more deeply, develop more satisfying relationships, and make meaningful changes in their lives. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and informed by psychoanalytic ideas about how our past experiences shape the ways we understand ourselves and relate to others.
Individual Therapy
I work with adults and adolescents who want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and patterns that may be getting in the way of living more fully. Therapy can provide a space to speak freely, develop greater self-awareness, and create meaningful and lasting change.
Group Therapy
Group therapy offers a unique opportunity to understand how you relate to others in real time. In a thoughtful and supportive setting, members explore relationship patterns, develop greater self-awareness, and experiment with new ways of connecting with others.
Neuropsychological Testing
Comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations can help clarify questions about attention, learning, memory, emotional functioning, and other areas of concern. Each evaluation is tailored to the individual and designed to provide a clearer understanding of the problem along with practical recommendations.
